How long will it take to receive my order?
Update: We are currently experiencing longer delays for delivery due to Royal Mail strikes, therefore please allow up to 8 working days to receive your order within the UK, and 15 working days for orders shipping outside of the UK.
All UK orders are sent first class Royal mail and despatched within 24 hours, so your order should be with you within 2-3 working days. If you require your order sooner please select the next day delivery option. Orders from outside the UK are sent by Airmail and are estimated to arrive within 5-15 days depending on which country you are in. Can I return an item?
Yes of course - if for any reason you wish to return an item we are happy to offer a no quibble returns policy. All we ask is that the item is unworn and in original packaging. Please visit our Returns Centre and send it back to us within 30 days of receiving for a full refund.
My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?
In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will chase it up straight away for you.
Are your products safety tested?
All coated and metal components on our hair and jewellery items are tested by an external lab to ensure they are safe for use by children. We also have a stringent quality control procedure and products are checked a number of times through the manufacturing process before we allow them into the range.
Are your products suitable for children of all ages?
No - our products are for children over 36 months, due to small parts which can pose a choking hazard, and straps on bags and purses which can pose a strangulation hazard. Please do not give our products to children under this age limit.

How will my items be packaged?
All items on order come packaged together in a stripy paper bag sealed with a snazzy Rockahula Kids sticker. If you would like to have your order gift wrapped you can select this option when you check out for a small charge. Gift wrapping is in bright coloured tissue paper and looks gorgeous! Please note we are unable to wrap items individually - all gift wrapped orders will arrive wrapped together.
