All orders come packaged together in patterned paper bags with a Rockahula sticker. If you would like gift wrap please choose this option when checking out.
- Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Returns policy
We want you to be completely happy with everything you order from Rockahula Kids. If for any reason you wish to return an item, we offer a full return policy for any unworn items within 30 days of receipt.
All orders are carefully quality checked before being sent, however in the rare event that you do receive a product that is faulty, we promise to replace or refund you. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 7 working days of receiving the parcel by email at info@rockahulakids.com.
To make a return, please visit our Returns Centre and follow our easy return process. Please ensure you have your order number (which begins with an R) and email address from your original order. Please also include as much detail as you can regarding your return so we can process your return faster.
With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, Rockahula Kids are not responsible for return postage or the costs associated with this.
Sorry but we cannot offer a refund for items that have been worn or are not in original packaging, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
